Observation of a tube and a sphere

"Exercise: imagining a rotating Ajna Chakra.

Firstly, I saw some vague spiral nebulae which vanished then again. Then, I saw a glowing sphere at the end of a tube which seemed to be made of a red hot wire. On another day I saw something similar (see picture): coming from my Forehead Chakra, a glowing sphere flies through the tunnel towards a sun in the background, and the sphere merges with this sun."
