Small World


If you want to find to inner balance, you will have to be in balance with the world around you. This exercise will help you understand that our world is only a small window into a larger reality. This meditation is called "looking into the small world."

Sit down on a meadow and concentrate on a small piece of earth of the size your palm. Study everything there. You should feel quite small here. Pretend you're exploring this small world. Imagine you're in a large jungle. You'll be astonished by all the things to explore there. The target of this meditation is to look at our world with love and awareness.
