"At the beginning of the yoga lesson with Guru Ananda there was silence for a longer time. During this time, I came into a very deep state of bhakta, with the energetic centre in the Anahata. There I saw how spheres were slowly moving out of the thoracic area. The diameter of these spheres was about 15 to 20 cm. Their colour was old gold with a metallic shine. The spheres were slowly rotating and came out of the thoracic region upwards from below. Although they were gleaming, there were no rays of light emanating from them."
