"When doing Forehead Chakra exercises, relatively often the following image occurred in various versions:

a) as a static image: I saw concentric circles in yellow or orange colour. The gap between the circles was changing each time, but recently the distance was very small. This image often reminded me of a very regular spider’s web.

b) with five spokes: sometimes, the same image appeared with five spokes, that were as static as the image itself. In some rare cases I only saw the five spokes."
