"The yoga lesson today with Swami Vayunanda began with an exercise in which we should feel the Forehead Chakra vibrating while hearing music. As I heard a clear soprano voice in the Laudate Dominum from W. A. Mozart, I suddendly was so fascinated by these sounds that I more or less lost track of the exercise and was only indulging in a state of happiness and harmony. While I was only marginally sensing the vibration in the forehead region, a circular image began to form in front of my eyes, becoming ever more distinct, and I knew immediately it was a perception of my Forehead Chakra. The image was structured very regularly. I quickly counted the light emanations of a quarter circle and realized that it was a 12-rayed ‘star’. I saw that single light rays were radiating much further into the surrounding space."
